As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the spacious room with a fantastic bathroom, and the gym was a great bonus!

Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave, I would stay here again. It was elegant, huge and with a separate bedroom. The location was fantastic, around 10-15 minutes walk from The Entrance Town Centre. You could walk to a supermarket and shops:)))

the room had a coffee machine that made my morning brighter, especially after a long flight from down south. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with eggs that were a standout. I had a TV that seemed to speak another language and a mini bar mix-up that made me feel like I was in a sitcom. no tea in the room? I guess I’m officially under-caffeinated. I’d come back—but with my own tea stash.

The location was fantastic! It was right next to a bunch of restaurants, Panthers Leagues, the airport, and even a supermarket. Plus, getting to and from various activities was super easy. 🍽️.

During my Christmas stay, the breakfast spread was amazing, offering a fancy assortment of different items every morning. the bar downstairs was convenient for grabbing a drink and relaxing. the ambiance in the foyer and rooms was beautiful and welcoming, with lovely touches like a personal note left by the room attendant. the location was fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby and a bonus of being close to a well-known local attraction.

I had trouble getting a roll-out bed for my son set up in the room, even though it was pre-arranged. It took multiple calls and a bit of a wait for housekeeping to finally come.

However, there were issues with the roll-out bed not being set up on time, and the lack of confirmation for room service orders made communication challenging. the design flaw with the bathroom doors not providing visual privacy was a drawback that could easily be rectified. The location was fantastic, and the foyer and rooms were beautifully designed. The friendly and helpful staff added to the positive experience. Overall, Pullman Sydney Penrith has potential, with improvements needed in communication and room design.
